<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-123 <br /> <br />(1051/2318) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO CITY FEES IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT'S BUILDING AND SAFETY SERVICES AND PLANNING SERVICES <br />DIVISIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-08 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council establishes fees pursuant to various provisions of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code, San Leandro Administrative Code or general laws of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 2007 -08 City fee schedule on May 21, 2007 <br />by Resolution No. 2007-067. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the City fee schedule as follows: <br /> <br />1. Reinsert a $4.00 fee per motor under Building and Safety Services Division for <br />Electrical Permits for motors for up to and including one horse power. <br />2. Correct Class C Roofs Issuance fee under Building and Safety Services Division for <br />valuations of $50,000 or greater. <br />3. Replace "Special Events Application" ($50) under the Planning Services Division <br />section with "Temporary Sign Permit." <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby amends the 2007-08 City fee <br />schedule. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 1 ih day of September, <br />2007, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
