BOX 20742, TUCSON, ARIZONA 85726-7042, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit HISTORY WALK SIGNAGE, PROJECT NO. 961-83-061. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: Merchant's Bonding Company (Mutual). 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 4th day of September 2007. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the HISTORY WALK SIGNAGE, PROJECT N0.961-83-061 project is that of public improvement made to pubic right-of--way in certain land(s) designated as portions of East 14th Street, Davis Street, Hays Street, and West Estudillo Avenue, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
