Review of Request for Qualifications for a Master Developer for the Shoreline -Marina <br />Area <br />City Manager Jermanis reviewed the process to date and reported that staff recommends the <br />addition of apre-submittal conference to the schedule. He then introduced Assistant to the <br />City Manager Battenberg who reported that the other change to the RFQ since discussion at <br />last weeks Council meeting is an increase in the number of submittals from eight to five in <br />order to have sufficient documents to share with all members of the review committee. <br />Additionally, she shared that the City's website has been updated so that the RFQ and <br />supporting documents are available on-line. A final RFQ with the appropriate weblinks will be <br />brought to the Council for action on October 15, 2007. <br />Recommendation <br />The Committee recommended Council approval of the Request for Qualifications for a Master <br />Developer for the Shoreline-Marina Area. <br />2. Review of Developer List <br />City Manager Jermanis reported that staff has prepared a list of approximately 50 potential <br />developers to receive the RFQ.
