Review of Request for Qualifications for a Master Developer for the Shoreline -Marina Area City Manager Jermanis reviewed the process to date and reported that staff recommends the addition of apre-submittal conference to the schedule. He then introduced Assistant to the City Manager Battenberg who reported that the other change to the RFQ since discussion at last weeks Council meeting is an increase in the number of submittals from eight to five in order to have sufficient documents to share with all members of the review committee. Additionally, she shared that the City's website has been updated so that the RFQ and supporting documents are available on-line. A final RFQ with the appropriate weblinks will be brought to the Council for action on October 15, 2007. Recommendation The Committee recommended Council approval of the Request for Qualifications for a Master Developer for the Shoreline-Marina Area. 2. Review of Developer List City Manager Jermanis reported that staff has prepared a list of approximately 50 potential developers to receive the RFQ.
