The applicant and/or property owner shall comply with Exhibits A & B dated July <br />27, 2007, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of San <br />Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California). <br />Exhibit A — Site Plan <br />Exhibit B — Floor Plan <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this approval is informed of its <br />terms and conditions. <br />IL USE RESTRICTIONS <br />A. This Administrative Review approves the use of an approximately 800 square -foot <br />commercial space for Health & Fitness activities for physical rehabilitation and <br />Pilates and accessory massage therapy by one certified and licensed <br />masseuse/masseur, at 2252 East 14`h Street; APN 77-571-34-2. <br />B. Massage therapy activities shall be limited to the approximately 88 square -foot <br />single room as shown on Exhibit B, dated July 27, 2007. <br />C. Massage activities shall not occur prior to the approval of appropriate permits <br />required by San Leandro Municipal Code Chapter 4-23 Massage and Acupuncture <br />Establishments and Services. <br />D. In compliance with Zoning Code Section 2-630.13 — SA -2 District Permitted <br />Hours of Operation, no activities shall occur at the business before 7 a.m. and <br />shall cease by no later than 10 p.m. <br />E. This approval does not include building signage.
