Accept Bancroft Playfields 2 November 5, 2007 <br />• Anew storm drainage system with manhole connection to the City of San Leandro's (City) <br />storm line on Bancroft Avenue <br />A synthetic playfield turf was installed directly by the manufacturer in coordination with the <br />construction contractor. The City used a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) listing to <br />purchase "Fieldturf' brand synthetic turf directly from the manufacturer. <br />As agreed in both the MOU and a subsequent agreement, the SLUSD funded the design and <br />construction of the improvements through proceeds from the grant and other SLUSD funds, <br />while the City covered its staff costs for project management and inspection services.
