IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ORDINANCE NO. 2005-007 (1413) ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6-2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO M[_JNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING METER HOURS AND PARKING METER FEES The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Subsection 6-2-I 15 (b) and (c) of Article 1, Chapter 2 of Title 6 of the San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows. "(b) One Hour Zones: Those streets and mw~icipal parking lots, or portions thereof, as designated by the City Council by ordinance are hereby established as one hour parking meter zones between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of every day except Sundays and holidays. (c) Two I3our Zones: Those streets and municipal parking lots, or portions thereof, as designated by the City Council by ordinance are hereby established as two (2) hour parking meter zones between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of every day except Sundays and holidays." Section 2. Section 6-2-135 of Article 1, Chapter 2 of Title 6 of the San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows. "The parking meter fees for the parking meter zones herein established shall be in conformance with the latest adopted City user fees and service charges." Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption. The title thereof shall be published once and the City Clerk shall post a complete copy thereof on the City Council Chamber bulletin board for five (5) days prior to adoption.
