The Plan, as amended by the Plan Amendment, is incorporated in this ordinance by reference and is hereby designated as the official redevelopment plan for the Project Area. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Agency. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage. Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once in the Daily Review, a newspaper of genera] circulation, published and circulated in the City of San Leandro. Section 5. If any part of this Ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance, and this City Council herebv declares that it would have passed the remainder of this Ordinance if such invalid portion ~here~f had been deleted. IF ANY SECTION, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
