The following uses are allowed in the CD District, subject to the approval of a Zoning Permit by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as per the requirements of Article 21. 1. Automatic Teller Machines. 2. Business and Trade Schools. 3. Instruction and Improvement Services. 4. Maintenance and Repair Services. 5. Nurseries. 6. Parking Lot. 7. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machine. (Subject to the regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) 8. Supermarkets. (Single tenants, 10,000 s.f. in size orless only) 9. Telecommunications Antennae and/or Alternative Tower Structures. (As defined in, and regulated by, Section 4-1686: Wireless Telecommunication Facilities.) D.
