SA-1 District -Permitted Uses. <br />The following uses are allowed in the SA-1 District, and a conditional use permit <br />is not required, for individual tenant spaces up to 25,000 square feet. Spaces in <br />excess of 25,000 square feet can be allowed through the approval of a <br />conditional use permit. (Certain uses are subject to special requirements and/or <br />limitations, as prescribed following the individual use classification.) <br />1.
