Part VI, Article 30, Inclusionary Zoning, is added to the San <br />Leandro Zoning Code and reads as follows: <br />PART VI AFFORDABLE HOUSING <br />Article 30 Inclusionary Zoning <br />6-3000 Purpose. <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to: <br />A.
