Eligible Household means a Household whose gross Household income does not <br />exceed the maximum specified in Section 6-3004 and Section 6-3006 for a given <br />affordable unit. <br />J. Eligible Household List means the list of eligible households compiled by the City <br />ranked by preference. All San Leandro residents, City or school district employees, <br />and persons employed in San Leandro shall be given a preference and ranked <br />higher on the list than other persons. <br />K. For Sale Project means a residential project, or portion thereof, which is intended to <br />be sold to owner-0ccupants upon completion. <br />L. Household means one person living alone or two or more persons sharing <br />residency whose income is considered for housing payments. <br />M. Household Income means the combined adjusted gross income for all adult <br />persons living in a living unit as calculated for the purpose of this Article. <br />N. Inclusionary Housing Plan means a plan fora residential development <br />submitted by a developer as provided by Section 6-3014(b). <br />O. Inclusionary Housing Agn:ement means a written agreement between Developer <br />and the City as provided by Section 6-3014(c). <br />P. Inclusionary Unit means a dwelling unit that must be offered at Affordable Rent or <br />available at an Affordable Housing Cost to moderate-, low- and very low-income <br />Households. <br />Q. Income: Low-Income Rental Household means a Household whose gross <br />annual income does not exceed 60 percent of the area median income, adjusted <br />for family size and revised annually. <br />R. Income: Lowdncome Owner Household means a Household whose gross <br />annual income does not exceed 70 percent of the area median income adjusted <br />for family size and revised annually. <br />S. Income: Moderate-Income Household means a Household whose gross <br />annual income does not exceed 110 percent of the area median income, <br />adjusted for family size and revised annually. <br />T. Income: Very Low-Income Household means a Household whose gross <br />annual income does not exceed 50 percent of the area median income, <br />adjusted for family size and revised annually. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2004-023 g <br />
