IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER NO.2007-078 (1009/1099) <br />SUBJECT: Matter PLN2007-00050; Rezoning and Planned Development; to rezone <br />the subject properties, 240-254 Callan Avenue from RM-1800 Residential <br />Multi-Family District to RM-2500 (PD) Residential Multi-Family, Planned <br />Development Overlay District; Planned Development to retain the existing <br />two-story duplex and to construct three new single-family homes on the <br />vacant portions of the site. The proposed two new homes on the westerly <br />half of the site would be two-stories tall. The proposed new home at the <br />northeasterly portion of the site, behind the existing duplex would be <br />three-stories tall. Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77-451-18 and 77-451-19; S. <br />Wong c/o V.
