IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-144 (2850) <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT FUND GUIDELINES INTO <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO COUNCIL MEMBERS HANDBOOK <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the draft City of San Leandro Guidelines Regarding the Use of Community <br />Empowerment Funds, a copy of which is attached, are hereby adopted. <br />That said guidelines are approved for incorporation into the City of San Leandro Council <br />Members Handbook. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 19t~ day of <br />November, 2007, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos ~~) <br />NOES: None ~0) <br />ABSENT: None ~~) <br />ATTEST: ~~~ ~G <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
