Yan (Applicant and Property Owner) <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The applicant/property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through D, attached to the staff <br />report dated July 10, 2007, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file in the City of San <br />Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, <br />94577). <br />Exhibit A: Site Plan, Including Adjacent Dwellings <br />Exhibit B: Prior Approved Roof Plan & New Roof Plan <br />Exhibit C: Elevations and Streetscape <br />B. The applicant/property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest <br />who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and conditions. <br />C. This Major View Preservation/Site Plan Review approval permit is to allow for a <br />maximum roof height of 14 feet 10 inches where the previous maximum roof height <br />permitted by PLN2006-00058 was 14 feet, at 1689 Vistagrand Drive, Alameda County <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 79-20-12. <br />D. With the exception of the additional roof height permitted all previous conditions of <br />approval associated with PLN2006-00058 shall remain in full effect. <br />E. Construction of the project shall remain in substantial compliance with the approved <br />exhibits and plans. Any change to the project design or materials shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />H. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />B. A soils report necessary to obtain a permit for the currently existing non-permitted rear yard <br />retaining wall for which a "stop work" order (SER2007-00015) was issued in February 2007, <br />shall be submitted along with a completed building permit application for the wall, by no <br />later than July 20, 2007. <br />C. The `rough inspection' for the building permit for the residence (BLD2006-02664) shall not <br />occur until a building permit has been issued for the rear yard retaining wall. <br />Agreement to Condirions July 10, 2007 <br />PLN2007-00033 Page 3 of 4 <br />
