The <br />proposed addition will consist of approximately 1,540 square feet; will add one bedroom, allow for <br />expanding the existing kitchen, relocate the laundry room, and accommodate the stairs leading to the <br />proposed new second-story. The proposed new second-floor comprises of 1,032 square feet and will be used <br />entirely as amulti-purpose room and includes a full bath. With the proposed additions, the total resulting <br />livable area will consist of 2,942 square feet. The property is located in the RS -Residential Single-Family <br />District; Assessor's Parcel Number 76-326-31. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code it is mutually agreed <br />as follows: <br />1. Applicant agrees to comply with the Conditions of Approval adopted by the San Leandro Zoning <br />Enforcement Official, more specifically described in the list of Conditions of Approval, attached hereto, and <br />as described in the reports and exhibits on file in the Development Services Department, all of which are <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />2. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their <br />respective heirs, successors and assigns. <br />
