O. All certifications and approvals as required by the Floodplain Administrator in <br />accordance with Ordinance NO. 99-07 and state and federal regulations shall be in <br />place prior to the approval of Building Permits for the development. <br />P. All "found monuments" shall be tied by survey and described with tag numbers and <br />recorded references. Two found monuments of Record (approved by Engineering <br />and Transportation Department) must appear in a statement and be labeled in each <br />sheet of the map. A monument line shall be shown in all sub-division streets with <br />monument set in right-of--way. Elevation shall be shown on at least one monument <br />disk or Permanent Corner set to Datum City of San Leandro with X,Y, Z, NAVD88. <br />Q. If the design of any site improvement requires encroachments onto neighboring <br />properties during construction, written agreements with that property owner shall be <br />submitted to the City Engineer, for review and approval, prior to approval of the <br />Final Map. <br />R_ A11 T.V. Cable facilities shall be located and installed in accordance with the <br />City's "Design and Construction Standards for Ground-Mounted T.V. Cable <br />Facilities." <br />S. Prior to the recordation of the final map with the Alameda County Recorder, <br />Subdivider shall submit to the City Engineer a computer disk with a file of the <br />points and lines of the final map in an AutoCAD-readable format compatible with <br />the City's Automated Mapping System. Additional Subdivider is to provide a <br />computer disk that includes AutoCAD- readable files of the public and private <br />improvements, PDF files of geotechnical reports, hydraulic reports and any other <br />required submitted documents. <br />T. Prior to any grading operations, Developer shall submit all information including <br />a Grading Plan accompanied by Soils Engineering and Engineering Geology <br />Reports, in accordance with requirements of the City of San Leandro Municipal <br />Code Title VII, Chapter 12 and obtain a grading permit. <br />Agreement to Conditions July 18, 2005 <br />PLN2005-00049 Page 14 of 17 <br />
