Areas in the vicinity of the new stores, including parking lots, shall be patrolled on a <br />daily basis for shopping carts, which are to be returned to the designated cart return <br />stalls. <br />K. Prior to approval of occupancy, all landscaping and other site improvements shall be <br />installed per the approved revised plans and approved by the ZEO/Community <br />Development Director. <br />L. All landscaping improvements shall be maintained in a healthy, growing and weed <br />free condition at all times and in accordance with the approved landscape plan. Any <br />dead, missing, or unhealthy plant materials shall be immediately replaced. No trees <br />shall be removed without the prior authorization of the ZEO/Community <br />Development Director. The irrigation system shall be regularly adjusted and repaired <br />as necessary for maximum water efficiency and conservation. <br />M. Prior to issuance of Building Permits, the approvals granted by the City as a result of <br />this application, as well as the Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the <br />Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br />N. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br />accepted or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance <br />with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community <br />Development Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and <br />Conditions of Approval pending application for an amendment. <br />O.
