Each unit would comprise approximately 1,455 square feet of living <br />area, which includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each emit would have an attached two-car <br />garage. Assessor's Parcel Number 75-12-7. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code it is mutually <br />agreed as follows: <br />1. Applicant agrees to comply with the Conditions of Approval adopted by the City of San <br />Leandro City Council on September 5, 2006 more specifically described in the list of Conditions of <br />Approval, attached hereto, and as described in the reports and exhibits on file in the Development <br />Services Department, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />2. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and <br />their respective heirs, successors and assigns. <br />3. City is authorized to record this agreement and any amendments thereto with the <br />Alameda County Recorder, California. All amendments hereto must be in writing and signed by <br />the appropriate authorities of the City and Applicant. If recorded, Applicant will be charged the <br />Agreement to Conditions September 5, 2006 <br />PLN2005-00141 Page 1 of 14 <br />
