Prior to final inspection, the applicant shall provide on-site bicycle parking racks, <br />the location of which to be reviewed and approved by the Senior Transportation <br />Engineer prior to installation. <br />J. The City's municipal stormwater permit requires that the project implement site <br />design measures to minimize land disturbance, the creation of impervious surface <br />area and changes in volume, flow, rate, timing and duration of runoff. It requires the <br />project to implement source control measures and post-construction stormwater <br />treatment controls that control sources of pollutants associated with the post- <br />construction phase of a project. Examples of appropriate site design features, source <br />control measures and post-construction stonmwater treatment controls can be found <br />on the Alameda Countywide Clean Water Program (ACCWP) website: <br />www. cleanwaterprogram. org. <br />K. The Developer is also responsible for ensuring that all contractors and <br />subcontractors are aware of and implement all storm water quality measures. Failure <br />to comply with the approved construction BMPs shall result in the issuance of <br />correction notices, citations and/or a project stop order. <br />L. No construction materials and/or equipment shall be stockpiled or parked within the <br />City right-of--way. <br />M. Trash enclosures and/or recycling areas must be completely covered; no other area <br />shall drain onto this area. <br />N. Interior floor drains shall be plumbed to the sanitary sewer system and shall not be <br />connected to storm drains. <br />O. Process activities shall be performed either indoors or in roofed outdoor areas. If <br />performed outdoors, the area shall be designed to prevent run-on to and runoff from <br />the area with process activities. <br />P. Process equipment areas shall drain to the sanitary sewer system. <br />Q. For large air conditioning units the condensate lines shall be directed to landscape <br />areas, or alternatively connected to the sanitary sewer system. <br />R. Roof drains shall discharge to an unpaved area wherever practicable. <br />IV. FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS <br />A. Prior to issuance of a final map, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) <br />shall be submitted for the review and approval of the Community Development <br />Department.
