F. Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 5-582 (D. 8. b.), this approval shall lapse on <br />June 1, 2007 unless a) a grading permit or building permit has been issued, <br />coupled with diligent progress evidencing good faith intention to commence the <br />intended use; or b) an occupancy permit has been issued; or c) the approval is <br />renewed, as provided for in Section 5-2218 (E). <br />Agreement to Conditions June 1, 2006 <br />PLN2006-00040 Page 9 of 9 <br />
