EXHIBIT "A" -LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Description of APN's OSOG-1287-001-14 & 001-08 in merged condition <br />All of that land described in the deed to Washington Avenue Partners, a Nevada Limited <br />Partnership, recorded July 7, 2006 in Document No. 2006-6259433, Alameda County <br />Records, additionally described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most northwest corner of said Washington Avenue Partners deed at a <br />point on the south line of Fargo Avenue, thence along the south line thereof, and along <br />the perimeter boundary as described in said Washington Avenue deed the following <br />courses and distances, the basis of bearings for which is the existing monument line in <br />Washington Avenue as shown in Parcel Map 4377 recorded in Book 149 of Maps, Page <br />81, Alameda County Records: North 87°49'28" East 40.00 feet; thence South 00°43'32" <br />East 111.00 feet; thence North 87°49'28" East 136.99 feet to the West line of <br />Washington Street; thence along said west line South 00°43'32" East 50.38 feet; thence <br />South 87°49'28" West 102.43 feet; thence South 00°43'32" East 110.51 feet; thence <br />South 62°16'28" West 83.66 feet; thence North 00°43'32" West 307.98 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning. <br />
