IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2007-038 (1009/1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br />(PLN2007-00050) 240-254 CALLAN AVENUE <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 77-451-18 AND 77-451-19 <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: That property described as 240-254 Callan Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Numbers <br />77-451-18 and 77-451-19; is hereby reclassified from the RM-1800 Residential Multi-Family <br />District to RM-2500 (PD) Residential Multi-Family, Planned Development Overlay District. <br />Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br />Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on November 19, 2007. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />be published once prior to adoption. <br />
