Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 • Minute Order No. 2007-079, Motion Approving the Planned Development PLN2007-00050 to Rezone the Subject Properties, 240-254 Callan Avenue, from RM-1800 Residential Multi-Family District to RM-2500 (PD) Residential Multi- Family, Planned Development Overlay District; Planned Development to retain the existing two-story duplex and to construct three new single-family homes on the vacant portions of the site. The proposed two new homes on the westerly half of the site would be two-stories tall. The proposed new home at the northeasterly portion of the site, behind the existing duplex would be three-stories tall. Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77-451-18 and 77-451-19; S. Wong c/o V. Leung, V Power Design (applicant and property owner), Subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval. The public is invited to make comments on items of public interest NOT listed on the Agenda. Edward B. Kai, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, suggesting that the City provide a meeting place for seniors while a permanent senior center is being constructed. Mr. Kai announced that Zocalo Coffee Shop will hold a Christmas parry on December 2.
