1. All storm water runoff from the project shall be collected in an underground <br />system and conveyed to an appropriate storm drain system. The Subdivider shall <br />submit Hydrologic and Hydraulic calculations for review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />2. The subdivision shall be graded to allow for the overland release of runoff into a <br />public street during a higher than design storm event and/or in the event of total <br />failure of the on-site storm drainage system. <br />3. The subdivider shall obtain approval from Alameda County Flood Control District <br />for storm drain connection to their facilities. <br />4. Subdivider is proposing to modify the existing Alameda County Flood Control <br />District (ACFCD) easement. Prior to the approval of Final map, granting and <br />abandonment of easement shall be completed to the satisfaction ACFCD. <br />E. GRADING EROSION AND POST-CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER <br />TREATMENT CONTROLS <br />Prior to any grading operations, Developer shall submit all information including <br />a Grading Plan accompanied by Soils Engineering and Engineering Geology <br />Reports, in accordance with requirements of the City of San Leandro Municipal <br />Code Title VII, Chapter 12 and obtain a grading permit. <br />2. To control storm water pollution, the Developer shall comply with the regulations <br />and provisions contained in the City's Grading Ordinance, the City's Storm Water <br />Pollution Prevention Permit, and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES), to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. As per the latest <br />NPDES requirements, storm water is required to be treated to comply with <br />numeric sizing criteria for pollutant treatment systems. <br />3. Until such time as all construction for the development has been completed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, the Subdivider shall provide current Erosion & <br />Sediment Control Plans, and amended Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans <br />(SWPPPs) for all portions of the site where construction is ongoing. Said Plans shall <br />be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval on or before September 1 <br />of each calendar year, and shall be fully implemented on or before October 15 of <br />each calendar year. <br />4. The applicant shall agree to aright-of--entry for the inspection of stormwater <br />treatment structures and shall submit a signed Stormwater Operation and <br />Maintenance (O&M) Agreement prior to the approval of Final Map. Also, this <br />agreement shall be recorded in the Alameda County prior to Final Map approval. <br />Agreement to Conditions June 6, 2005 <br />PLN2004-00101 Page 22 of 29 <br />
