1.2 CURRENT OPERATIONAL STATISTICS <br />1.2.1. Number of Registered Program Participants <br />• Approximately 1250 Registered Riders <br />• Typically 10% are active riders <br />1.2.2. Service Area <br />• Flex Shuttle and CTC -All area within the City of San Leandro city <br />limits <br />• OTMT -Within Alameda County <br />• Group Trips -San Francisco Bay Area <br />1.2.3. Service Days <br />• 5 days per week, Monday through Friday <br />• Service on Holidays is coordinated with CONSULTANT in advance <br />• Actual days of operation could change based on demand <br />1.2.4. Hours of Operation <br />• Shuttle Bus - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM <br />• Curb-to-Curb (including OTMT) - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM <br />• Service will be provided during the hours listed above without a break in <br />service for lunch or employee breaks <br />1.2.5. Productivity -Average Number of Rides/Hour <br />It is the goal of the program to maintain or increase the current high level of <br />productivity. <br />Shuttle Bus 4 rides/hour (It is hoped that this number will increase.) <br />CTC 2 rides/hour <br />OTMT l - 2 rides/hour <br />1.2.7. Number and Type of Vehicles Currently Used: <br />• llift-equipped, 22 passenger bus, 2 wheelchairs -Shuttle Bus <br />• llift-equipped, 22 passenger bus, 2 wheelchairs -CTC Service <br />• llift-equipped, 22 passenger bus, 2 wheelchairs - OTMT Service (Sedan maybe <br />used for ambulatory trips) <br />• Currently 3% of the trips are for non-ambulatory passengers where alift-equipped <br />vehicle is needed. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between January 1, 2008 <br />City of San Leandro and MV Transportation, Inc.--Exhibit A Page 3 of 16 <br />
