Said Adjusted Lot 16 and Parcel E was erroneously described in the <br />certificate of Lot Line Adjustment recorded October 17, 2007, Instrument No. <br />2007362174. <br />I further find and declare that said lot line adjustment is hereby approved. <br />This certificate does not constitute the actual transfer of title of any portion of the <br />parcels.
