ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES <br />Part I -Certification. <br />® New Agreement ^ Designation of Sweep Option <br />(If checked, complete Part ll, below.) <br />Each person signing this Acceptance of Services ("Acceptance") certifies that: <br />(a) the company identified in the signature block of this Acceptance ("Company") has received <br />and agrees to be bound by the Service Documentation, as defined in the Master Agreement <br />for Treasury Management Services between Company and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. <br />("Bank"), and any Sweep Option Company has designated in Part II of this Acceptance; <br />(b) he or she has full authority to execute this Acceptance on behalf of Company, to enter into <br />other agreements with Bank for Treasury Management services now or hereafter offered by <br />Bank (each, a "Service"), and to amend, terminate or otherwise act on behalf of Company <br />with respect to each Service; and <br />(c) Company's use of any Service, including without limitation each Service that Company <br />commences using after the Effective Date of this Acceptance, confirms Company's <br />agreement to be bound by the Service Documentation relating to that Service. <br />Part II -Sweep Option. <br />A.
