IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008- <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AONE-YEAR EXTENSION FOR THE COMPLETION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS <br />(PUBLIC AND PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS) FOR TRACT 7579, LOCATED <br />AT 14953, 14969 AND 14981-14985 WASHINGTON AVENUE, SAN LEANDRO; <br />OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER: WASHINGTON/SPRINGLAKE PROPERTIES, LLC <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, a Tract Map entitled "Tract Map 7579, in the City of San Leandro, Alameda <br />County, California" was approved by this Council at its meeting on March 20, 2006 by <br />Resolution No. 2006-028; and <br />WHEREAS, both the City of San Leandro and the Subdivider have executed Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreements to guarantee the completion of the required public and private <br />improvements associated with said Map; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider has requested aone-year extension to complete the <br />provisions of the Subdivision Improvement Agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that said request be granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work to be performed pursuant to said Agreements shall be completed on or <br />before the 20th day of December, 2008. <br />Introduced by Council Member <br />22nd day of January 2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />and passed and adopted this <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
