IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008- <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL EASEMENT <br />ACROSS A PORTION OF PARCEL A OF TRACT 7579, <br />LOCATED AT 14953, 149b9 AND 14981-14985 WASHINGTON AVENUE, <br />SAN LEANDRO, A PORTION OF ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 077B-1228-002 <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, Washington/Springlake Properties, LLC has proposed granting an easement <br />for traffic signal construction and maintenance across certain real property; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed easement will generally benefit the public; and <br />WHEREAS, the easement to be accepted by this resolution spans a portion of Parcel A of <br />Tract 7579 and is more precisely described in Exhibits "A" and `B", attached hereto, and made a <br />part hereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the City Council hereby accepts the new traffic signal easement on behalf of the <br />public. <br />2. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the <br />Office of the Recorder of Alameda County, California, immediately upon its <br />adoption. <br />Introduced by Councilmember <br />this 22nd day of January 2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />and passed and adopted <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
