Report on Closed Session Actions Taken on December 17, 2007 and January 7, 2008 Ms. Williams reported that on December 17, 2007, a closed session was held at the conclusion of the City Council meeting, and there was no opportunity to report in open session on the three matters that were discussed. There was no final decision on any of the matters. This evening, a closed session was held prior to the City Council meeting. There were no final decisions made in the closed session.
