You shall be given notice of each hearing for which <br />notice is required pursuant to Sections 66451.3 and 66452.5 of the California Government Code, <br />and you have the right to appear and the right to be heard at any such hearing. <br />No units may be sold in this apartment project unless the conversion is approved by the City of <br />San Leandro, and until after a public report is issued by the Department of Real Estate. In <br />accordance with the City of San Leandro Zozung Code, Article 24, Section 5-2414, you are <br />notified of the following: <br />1. The owner intends to file an application far a tentative map on or after May 3, 2006. <br />4. If the tentative map is approved it is anticipated that the final map will be filed in <br />December 2006. <br />5. If the City approves the tentative map and the project is converted to condominiums, <br />tenants will be given notices to vacate in phases. It is anticipated that the first units will <br />be vacated bynon-purchasing tenants in May 2007. All tenants shall be given a one <br />hundred eighty (180) day notice to vacate after the tentative map has been approved, but <br />not less than required in Section 5-2414 (E) of the City of San Leandro Zoning Code. <br />6. a. Tenants will have the right and option to purchase the unit the tenant is renting or <br />another unit in the project in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Section <br />5-2414( c) of the City of San Leandro Zoning Code.
