11. Homeowners association fees have not yet been determined but it is anticipated that fees <br />will range between $275 and $330 per month based on type of unit purchased. <br />12. A variety of market rate financing programs will be available to purchasers by outside <br />institutional lenders. Based on availability these programs should include adjustable and <br />fixed rate programs with loans as high as 95% of the purchase price. Financing rates and <br />terms will be subject to lender conditions and the buyers financial qualifications. <br />13.
