To assure that purchasers of converted housing have been properly informed as to the physical condition of the structure that is offered for purchase; D. To ensure that converted housing achieves a high standard of appearance, quality, and safety, and is in good condition without hidden needs for maintenance and repair; E. To provide the opportunity for low- and moderate-income persons to participate in the ownership process, as welt as to maintain a supply of rental housing for low- and moderate-income persons; and F- To assure that adequate rental housing is available in the community. 5-2404 Definitions As used in this article, terms and phrases shall have the meaning respectively ascnbed: A• artment BuYldin_a: A multi family rental housing complex in which individual residential units are rented or leased rather than owned separately, B. C ndominium: A dwelling unit as defined in Section 9350 of the Civil Code of the State of Cafrfomia or successor section. C. Community Apartinent: A dwelling unit as defined in Civil Code Section 1351 or successor section. ~. Stock Cooperative; A dwelling unit as defined in Section 110.03.2 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California or successor section. E.
