IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-003 (1556) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT TO CONVEY PROPERTY AND <br />TO DELVER PROCEEDS FROM FUTURE DISPOSITION <br />WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />FOR 268 PARROTT STREET (APN: 075 0005 012 00) <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of San Leandro has been presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof and the City Manager <br />recommends approval of the agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby approves the <br />attached Agreement and directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any amendments <br />necessary. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 7`h day of January, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: ~~~~~ ~"u'`J`~-~ <br />(0) <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
