Report on Closed Session Actions Taken on December 17, 2007 and January 7, 2008 <br />Ms. Williams reported that on December 17, 2007, a closed session was held at the <br />conclusion of the City Council meeting, and there was no opportunity to report in open <br />session on the three matters that were discussed. There was no final decision on any of <br />the matters. <br />This evening, a closed session was held prior to the City Council meeting. There were <br />no final decisions made in the closed session. <br />
