The land use restrictive covenant placed on the Property shall run with the Property and <br />thus impose restrictions on all future owners and tenants unless a Notice of Release is executed <br />and recorded by the City of San Leandro. <br />AGREEMENT FOR <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING <br />NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the owners of record agrees that the detached <br />building is approved as an Accessory Building and is prohibited from being used in any other <br />manner except as permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro.
