The land use restrictive covenant placed on the Property shall run with the Property and thus impose restrictions on all future owners and tenants unless a Notice of Release is executed and recorded by the City of San Leandro. AGREEMENT FOR ACCESSORY BUILDING NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the owners of record agrees that the detached building is approved as an Accessory Building and is prohibited from being used in any other manner except as permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro.
