<br />whatsoever without obtaining prior written consent of Landlord <br />and the concurrence of the Federal Highway Administration. <br />5.2 Condition of Premises <br />Tenant hereby accepts the Premises in their condition <br />existing as of the date of the execution hereof, subject to all <br />applicable zoning, municipal, county, state and federal laws, <br />ordinances and regulations governing and regulating the use of <br />the Premises, and accepts this Lease subject thereto and to all <br />matters disclosed thereby and by any exhibits attached hereto. <br />Tenant acknowledges that, neither Landlord nor any agent of <br />Landlord has made any representation or warranty with respect <br />to the condition of the Premises or the suitability thereof for <br />the conduct of Tenant's business, nor has Landlord agreed to <br />undertake any modification, alteration or improvement to the <br />Premises except as provided in this Lease. <br />5.3 Compliance with Law <br />Tenant shall not use the Premises or permit anything to <br />be done in or about the Premises which constitutes a nuisance or <br />waste or which will in any way conflict with any law, statute, <br />zoning restriction, ordinance or governmental rule or regulation <br />or requirements of duly constituted public authorities now in <br />force or which may hereafter be in force or with the requirements <br />of the State Fire Marshal or other similar body now or hereafter <br />constituted relating to or affecting the condition, use or <br />occupancy of the Premises. <br />5.4 Petroleum Products <br />-4- <br />
