IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (CSA) <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND BARRY J. MILLER, AICP, <br />RELATED TO PREPARING THE HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE AND RELATED <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $100,000 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and BARRY J.
