PLN2007-00013 9 February 19, 2008 <br />Faith Fellowship Worship Center <br />could not occur until these studies were concluded, circulated for the required review period, and <br />certified or approved as adequate by appropriate City decision makers. <br />Code Compliance Review <br />Not applicable. <br />Board/Commission Findings <br />At the December 6, 2007 Board of Zoning Adjustments hearing, the Board denied application <br />PLN2007-00013 for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a ministry and associated activities at <br />14600 and 14850 Catalina Street, finding that the proposed assembly use is not permitted nor <br />conditionally permitted in the IP District. <br />Minutes from the Board of Zoning Adjustments hearing are enclosed. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />Legal requirements for notification of this meeting included publication of a legal notice in the <br />Daily Review, posting of the meeting agenda at City Hall a minimum of 72 hours in advance of <br />the meeting date and mailing of 25 notices to interested parties. On December 6, 2007, the <br />Board of Zoning Adjustments met, which was also noticed according to the above protocol. The primary proposed assembly use is not a permitted or <br />conditionally permitted use in the IP District and would also not be compatible with existing, <br />adjacent industrial development in the immediate vicinity. Staff recommends that the City <br />Council make the attached Findings and deny PLN2007-00013. <br />
