Copies of the reports are <br />attached for your review and approval. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Section 66006 of the Government Code requires an annual accounting of all development <br />fees to be made available to the public within 180 days of the close of the fiscal year. <br />Such report was made available to the public. State law also requires the City Council to <br />review and approve the reports that were made available within 15 days after the 180 <br />days or on the next regularly scheduled public- meeting. <br />Current City Council Policy <br />N/A <br />Previous City Council Action(s) <br />City Council reviews the Annual Accounting Report for Development Fees for <br />Street Improvements (DFSI) and Park Development Fees on an annual basis. <br />City Council Committee Review and Action <br />N/A <br />Applicable General Plan Policy <br />N/A <br />
