IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2008- <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A $50,000 <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (CSA) BETWEEN THE SAN LEANDRO <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND BUILDING FUTURES WITH WOMEN AND <br />CHILDREN FOR ASSISTANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A <br />LOCAL HOMELESS PLAN <br />An Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of San Leandro and Building Futures <br />with Women and Children, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by and passed and adopted this 19th day of February, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />H:\CityGlerk\AgendaPrep\PORM.Resolution-Council <br />
