IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-015 (2942) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS, INTERSECTIONS, <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(PREDA STREET AT LUCILLE STREET) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following intersections are designated for placement of stop signs <br />pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-1-215: <br />PREDA STREET AT LUCILLE STREET, all vehicles traveling easterly and westerly <br />shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 5, §500 of the San <br />Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 19th day of February <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
