Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2008-005 RDA <br />8.G. , Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Authorizing the Executive Director to Execute a $50,000 Consulting <br />Services Agreement Between the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency and Building <br />Futures with Women and Children (BFWC) for Assistance with Development and <br />Implementation of a Local Homeless Plan (provides for Project Open Doors to assist <br />-term homeless prevention plan and <br />to address homelessness under the Alameda County EveryOne Home Plan). Funding: <br />Redevelopment Agency Set-Aside Fund. (2547/3103) <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak noted that the Scope of Services states that the contractor <br />will facilitate/co- community meetings <br />agreement lists a range rather than a definite number of meetings, and she expressed <br />concern that one meeting may not be sufficient. Housing/CDBG Manager Tom Liao <br />suggested that a specific number, or an number, could be listed instead. <br />Councilmember Starosciak stated that she would like to see a minimum of two meetings <br />held, and perhaps more. <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak made a motion to approve the resolution, with an <br />amendment to the agreement to to <br />minimum of two community <br />Prola. <br /> <br /> Approved with amendment to agreement <br /> <br /> <br />M/S/C Starosciak and Prola. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br /> <br />10. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker per item, subject to adjustment by the <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />A.
