A copy of the applicable condominium conversion regulations. <br />B, No ati to nts <br />1 ~ ai ~ Two (2) separate stamped, pre-addressed ®nvelopes for <br />each resident of each unit shall be famished to the Department by the <br />applicant at the time the sub-divider submits en application for a use <br />Permit for a conversion, The Department shall use one (1) envelope to <br />notify the residents by malting a copy of the public hearing notice to <br />tenants not less than ten (10) days prior to the proposed hearing date <br />on the application. The notice shag include notification of the tenant's <br />right to appear and be heard. The second envelope shall be used b <br />the Department to notify the residents of the results of the public <br />hearing by mailing notification of the decision of th® Plannin <br />Commission not more than seven (7) days following the Commission's <br />ectlon. Failure of the Department to mail such notice shall not <br />invalidate any proceeding or action taken by the City in considering a <br />conversion.
