All non-purchasing tenants sixty-two (62) years old or older and all . <br />non-purchasing, medically pro~ren, permanently disabled tenants shall <br />receive a lifetime lease. Rents for such tenants shall not be increased <br />for two (2) years after the filing or'the project application. <br />2. The following non-purchasing tenants shall n3ceive a minimum of <br />twelve (12) months' relocation time, measured from the tentative map <br />approval, to find replacement housing: <br />a.
