s <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: February 19, 2008 <br />TO: Finance Committee <br />VLA: Perry Carter, Interim Finance Director ~"' <br />FROM: Christine Galvin, Sr. Accountant L9~'~` ~ <br />SUBJECT: Recommended Mid-Year Adjushnents to the F.Y. 2007-08 Budget <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends Finance Committee approval of the attached F.Y. 2007-08 budget amendments. <br />The amendments to the budget reflect activities previously approved by Council and other year- <br />end recommended adjustments to be approved by formal budget resolution. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Attached for your review are the following: <br />Schedule A: This schedule gives a summary of recommended year-end budget adjustments by <br />fund for fiscal year 2007-08. <br />Schedule B: This schedule provides a detail of recommended expenditure and revenue adjustments <br />and their specific funding sources. <br />Schedule C: This schedule provides a summary of the budgeted revenues, expenditures and a <br />projected outlook of year-end balances for fiscal year 2007-08. <br /> <br />
