The proposed facility is not a permitted <br />or conditionally permitted use in the IP Industrial Park District; 14600 and 14850 <br />Catalina Street; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 806-933-20, 806-933-21 and 806- <br />933-22-1; Faith Fellowship Worship Center, a.k.a. International Church <br />Foursquare Gospel (Applicant and Property Owner).
