SEVEN <br />On April 20, 1978, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, by a <br />vote of 18 affirmative and 0 negative, approved the resolution pursuant to which the original <br />permit had been issued. Moreover, on January 11, 1979, April 28, 1980, October 10, 1980, <br />March 9, 1982, January 5, 1983, a~ June 16, 2005, and November 13, 2007, pursuant to <br />Regulation Section 19722, the Executive Director approved Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, a-n~ 6, <br />and 7 whereby this amended permit is issued: <br />I. Authorization <br />A. Subject to the conditions stated below, the permittee is granted permission to do the <br />following at the San Leandro Marina in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County. <br />1. In the Bay: <br />a. Dredge approximately 24,000 cubic yards of mud and deposit the spoils at a <br />location outside the Commission's jurisdiction; <br />b. Convert twelve, 26-foot-long piers to 40-foot-long piers by adding twelve, 14- <br />foot-long by 4-foot-wide, finger pier extensions at Pier H (Amendment No. 1); <br />c. Construct five new, 48-foot-long by 5-foot-wide, finger piers to an existing head <br />float at Pier A, and convert the use from a fuel dock to visitor berthing <br />(Amendment No. 1); <br />d. Construct one, 6-foot-wide by 429-foot-long, head float at Pier J (Amendment <br />No. 1); <br />e.
