The permittee shall submit to the Commission a copy of the berthing agreement <br />which includes the requirements of paragraph B-4-a and b. <br />d. The permittee shall provide, in the marina, adequate restrooms for boat owners <br />and users, and guests. <br />e. The permittee shall permanently and adequately enforce, through appropriate <br />policing, the rules and requirements adopted pursuant to this condition. The <br />permittee shall submit to the Commission staff the name, address and telephone <br />number of the person who is responsible at the marina for requiring that the rules <br />and regulations adopted pursuant to this condition are enforced. <br />f. The Commission specifically reserves the right, in the event of repeated or serious <br />problems with dumping of sewage from boat into the Bay within the marina, to <br />require in addition to the above either that shoreside sewer connections be <br />provided for each offending boat berth and that said boat be connected to said <br />sewer whenever moored in the marina or, in the alternative that the permittee, <br />upon written demand of or on behalf of the Commission, shall permanently <br />remove or cause to have removed said offending boat or boats from the marina. <br />C. Public Access <br />Area. Until this amended permit is further amended, revoked, or otherwise modified <br />by or on behalf of the Commission, the permittee shall hold and maintain open to the <br />public free of charge, for access to the Bay and the marina basin the following areas <br />for walking, bicycling, viewing, sitting and related purposes: <br />a. A 4,000-square-foot public access area; <br />b. An 8-foot-wide by 200-foot-long pathway connecting South Dike Road, the <br />launching ramp and Neptune Drive; <br />c. A two-lane public launching ramp; a~ <br />d. A public restroom; and <br />e. A 6 to 13-foot-wide 224-foot-long_public access pathway. <br />The areas for public access shall be shown on the plans submitted pursuant to Special <br />Condition II-A. <br />2. Improvements for Public Access. The permittee shall provide the following public <br />access improvements along the shoreline of the marina basin: <br />a. A public restroom; <br />b. A public, two-lane boat launching ramp; <br />c. A 4,000-square-foot landscaped area; and <br />
