IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-031 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />SKYLINE ENGINEERING, INC., RELATED TO <br />THE 2008 ROOF REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, PROJECT NO. 687-18-104 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Skyline Engineering, Inc., a copy of <br />which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 7t1i day of April, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (~) <br />ABSENT: None (~) <br />ATTEST: fit, <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
